June 2025

Our client was the belted passenger in an UBER/ride share vehicle that attempted an ill-advised left turn in front of oncoming traffic. The turn resulted in a serious crash and orthopedic injuries to our client. Dev Sethi successfully resolved the case for the ride share's policy limits.
