A driver inadvertently ran a red light controlling a mid-town Tucson intersection, causing a fiery, multi-car collision. We represented the adult children of an 85 year old woman who was killed in the crash. The case was settled prior to filing a lawsuit, but after detailed investigation and extensive work with the involved parties, including other parties who suffered harm in the collision.
