$500,000 Carjacking Settlement

Dev Sethi recently obtained a $500,000 settlement against an individual who struck our client's vehicle and then attempted to steal it from her. In the process, the assailant pulled her out of her own car and threw her on the ground. As he tried to drive away, he struck her foot, causing serious orthopedic injury. Dev also worked with our client and the Pima County Attorney's Office as her victim's rights advocate.
