I sadly watched as my wife passed away due to complications from surgery. 

The circumstances surrounding her death led my son and myself to contact James D. Campbell of Kinerk, Schmidt & Sethi, in Tucson, Arizona. 

Mr. Campbell and his staff worked hard to gather all my late wife's pertinent medical records for review and determination of whether or not we could go forward with legal action. No stone was left unturned. 

A lawsuit was filed for "wrongful death". The counsel for the defense requested to depose me and Jim guided me thoroughly on this process so that I would be comfortable answering all their questions. It was difficult from an emotional perspective, but I was prepared thanks to Jim. I was able to tell the defense my perception of what happened to my wife and the suffering she endured. 

Mr. Campbell continued aggressively after my deposition to work hard on our behalf. As a result, a "just" out-of-court settlement was reached. 

As I conclude, I still have or experience much emotion related to my wife's death. We cannot express our appreciation enough for Jim and his staff for bringing closure to this matter in an expeditious way.
