We represented two surviving spouses, from two couples, who had lost their respective partners in a Suburban rollover on the way from Tucson to San Carlos, Mexico. The accident occurred about 45 minutes south of the U.S./Mexico border. During our investigation, we uncovered key documents and were able to prove that the roof on our clients' Chevrolet Suburban was poorly designed and weak.
