I am writing this review to show my gratitude for the work that Matt Schmidt and his phenomenal team did representing my daughter. When we started this process, my daughter was about to start second grade. Matt and his team were nothing but respectful and accommodating of her age, and went out of the way to make her feel comfortable. Each step of the way, Matt and his paralegal Elizabeth kept us updated and prepared for next steps. Matt spent time getting to know us and used that knowledge to provide us with counsel based on our needs and family situation. He is down to earth, was patient as we asked every question imaginable, and genuinely made me feel like things were going to be OK. Ultimately, I hope that no one ever has to experience the trauma of an injury to their child (in our case a dog bite to my child's face) but in the event that you do, I cannot recommend this team more.
