The June 2011 issue of Tucson Lifestyle profiles the Top Lawyers in Tucson as identified by an independent peer-review survey conducted by Professional Research Services, Inc., a Detroit based company that administers peer-review survey of doctors, dentists and lawyers.

To put this together, more than 2000 randomly selected practicing lawyers in Pima County were contacted and asked to recommend up to three lawyers in a given specialty. You could not advertise or solicit inclusion on the list, and we were surprised to learn that the survey have even been conducted. While we are on this list, no lawyer from our office was surveyed when the questionnaires went out.

We are very proud to say that Kinerk Schmidt & Sethi lawyers are very well-represented. Our lawyers are listed in every area in which we practice. And one area central to our practice, automobile accidents, our lawyers are the only ones recognized by our peers as at the top in Tucson.
