I am honored to have the opportunity to announce the formation of “The Barry Davis National Trial Team” Endowment at the University of Arizona College of Law.  The Davis family has agreed to make a $50,000 matching gift to kick off the endowment.  I am sharing this with the best and most concerned consumer trial lawyers in Arizona because I felt you would definitely want to support this in memory of our dear friend and fellow warrior Barry.  The endowment will fund the UA trial team, principally travel, lodging and food expenses when they travel to Regional and National Competitions.  The team competes annually in the American College of Trial Lawyers trial competition and made it as far as the Nationals last year.

I know many of you have supported the trial team on an ad hoc basis over the years.  This is an opportunity to create a lasting impact and legacy.  Trial skills and training were so important to Barry, and this is a great way to keep that going.
