Dental Malpractice: Performance of a Root Canal
February 2017
Our client was a patient who developed a severe pain syndrome following a root canal. During the root canal, a solvent was allowed to migrate into the soft tissues above her tooth. We were able to present strong expert testimony that it was malpractice to allow the solvent to migrate above the tooth and this caused severe injury. The case was settled for a confidential amount.
