I represent the family of a Santa Fe bicyclist who came to Tucson with a group of fellow riders to enjoy several days of friendship and bike rides in our beautiful community.  Unfortunately, a roofer named Brian Lynch crashed his work truck into their group at the intersection of La Canada and Hardy.  My client was killed.  Mr. Lynch also killed a Tucson bicyclist and injured several other folks.  

Mr. Lynch tested positive for meth just after the crash, and he admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day.  He was on the job for his employer, Scott Roofing.  In the wake of this crash, a whistle blower inside Scott Roofing reached out to the police, and Mr. Lynch's own former girlfriend contacted the news.
