We areproud to announce that Burt Kinerk, Ted Schmidt and Dev Sethi have each earned "Super Lawyer" recognition. This is the fourth consecutive year that each has been selected for honors.

This is also the third consecutive year that Ted has been honored as one of the top 50 lawyers in the state. In 2013, Ted was selected Lawyer of the Year in the area of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation. These honors were announced last week.

The selection process combines peer nominations and independent research. Candidates are evaluated on 12 categories of professional achievement and peer review.
