Our client was in a high speed car collision when the adverse driver blew a stop sign. She sufferred a hangman's fracture requiring surgery and a lengthy recovery. Though she was not wearing a seat belt at the time, this was a rare occassion where her injuries would have likely been worse had she been wearing one.
