Today the Pima County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to ban texting and driving.  The push for this safety measure was lead by two of our former clients -- Brendon Lyons and Jason Palmieri.  Both of these men were struck by distracted motorists, Brendon while riding his bicycle, and Jason while he drove to work on a motorcycle.  

These two have joined together and have turned their own personal stories of loss into a catalyst for community good.  They are pushing the importance of roadway safety and awareness forward.  

This is a great accomplishment, and this new restriction on distracted driving will make us all safer on Pima County streets.  We are very proud of our friendship and association with both.
