A judge in Florida recently nailed State Farm with sanctions for failing to provide discovery related to the amount of money paid to a doctor who regularly performs Rule 35 Independent Medical Exams for them. You will be entertained by the order and amazed by the courage of the judge.  The case discusses the way State Farm hides its payments to doctors who do these exams.
