We Are In This Together

We are in unprecedented times.  We join you, working to navigate the rapidly evolving challenges caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Despite the day-to-day uncertainty we all face, Schmidt, Sethi & Akmajian remains fully operational and firm attorneys and staff are working diligently to serve our clients.

To safeguard the health of our employees and to help prevent the spread of the virus, starting today, March 20, we are working remotely. While the physical office is closed, our lawyers and staff have secure access to our files and share easy communication. Email is the most efficient way to communicate with us.

Our goal is to thoughtfully respond to this public health situation and effectively work on behalf of the firm's clients using our technology platforms. We will move forward with meetings, depositions, mediations and other proceedings utilizing videoconferencing and other services that allow remote access as necessary.

Although this crisis is like none we've seen in our lifetime, the firm, its attorneys and our staff remain committed in our mission to seek justice for our clients.  Arizona courts remain open, and we are moving proactively to protect our clients while dealing with daily public health developments.
