Doctor James Blute III used to perform infertility treatments in Arizona but he betrayed patient trust by using his own sperm instead of anonymous donor sperm that many patients had paid for. This is what is called fertility fraud and Arizona is one of many states that doesn't have a law on the books making it a crime. Only five states are up to speed legally on this type of deception.
