Our Victories

Wrong Way Driver Held Accountable

An intoxicated, wrong-way driver crashed head-on into our client's vehicle. Our client was a single, 62 year old health care provider who owned her own business. The at fault driver's insurance policy was inadequate to fully compensate our client for injuries she suffered. Working together with our investigators, Dev identified that the at fault driver had substantial liquid assets. At a settlement conference, Dev successfully negotiated a resolution that required the defendant to pay substantial money out of his own pocket to the benefit of his client. This settlement allowed Dev's client access to necessary, on going medical treatment and replaced her loss of income since her injuries forced her into a premature retirement.
